RaisedGardenBed operates raisedgardenbed.co.uk, an online retail store 
specialising in galvanised steel raised garden beds delivered to the

to place an order on our website.

3. PRODUCTS
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, 
including descriptions, dimensions and images. However:
- Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only
- We reserve the right to modify product specifications without prior notice

4. PRICING & PAYMENT
- All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include UK VAT at 20%
- We accept payment via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, 
  Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Payment is taken at the time of order
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. In the event of a pricing 
  error, we will contact you before processing your order

5. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed 
when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right 
to cancel any order if a product is out of stock, and a full refund will 
be issued promptly.

6. DELIVERY

and restrictions.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Your statutory rights 
under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on raisedgardenbed.co.uk, including text, images, logos and 
design, is the property of RaisedGardenBed and may not be reproduced 
without prior written permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RaisedGardenBed shall not be liable 
for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use 
of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value 
of the order in question.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. 
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the 
courts of England and Wales.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. 
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
