No minimum order value required.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
- Processing time: 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed
- Standard delivery: 5–8 business days
- Estimated total: 6–10 business days from order date

Please note that delivery times may be affected during busy periods such as 
Bank Holidays or peak gardening season (March–June).

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email 
containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery 
in real time.

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
We currently deliver to mainland United Kingdom only. We are unable to deliver 
to the following locations at this time:
- Scottish Highlands and Islands
- Northern Ireland
- Isle of Man
- Channel Islands

LARGE ITEM DELIVERY
Our raised garden beds are large items shipped via pallet or freight courier. 
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as a signature 
may be required. If delivery is missed, the courier will leave a card with 
re-delivery instructions.

DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact 
us at info@raisedgardenbed.co.uk and we will investigate with the courier 
within 24 hours.
