These Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made on raisedgardenbed.co.uk. 
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

2. PRODUCTS
All products sold on raisedgardenbed.co.uk are described as accurately 
as possible, including dimensions, materials and weight.

We reserve the right to:
- Modify product specifications without prior notice
- Withdraw any product from sale at any time
- Correct any pricing or description errors

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may vary 
slightly depending on your screen calibration.

3. PRICING
- All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£)
- Prices include UK VAT where applicable
- Delivery is free to mainland United Kingdom
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but will never change 
  after your order has been confirmed

4. ORDER PROCESS
Step 1 — Add your chosen product(s) to your basket
Step 2 — Proceed to checkout and enter your delivery details
Step 3 — Select your payment method and complete payment
Step 4 — You will receive an order confirmation email within minutes

Your order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order 
by RaisedGardenBed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any 
order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued 
immediately.

5. PAYMENT
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay

Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. We do not store 
your card details. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption.

In the event of a failed payment, your order will not be processed.

any payment issues.

6. DELIVERY
- Free standard delivery to mainland United Kingdom
- Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days from dispatch
- A tracking number will be sent by email once your order is dispatched
- Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and 
  Channel Islands is not currently available

7. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP & RISK
Ownership of goods and risk of damage or loss transfers to you upon 
delivery of your order. We strongly recommend inspecting your order 
upon receipt and contacting us within 72 hours if any damage is found.

8. RIGHT TO CANCEL
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 
the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, 
without providing a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, notify us at 
info@raisedgardenbed.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

9. STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in these Conditions of Sale affects your statutory rights as 
a UK consumer under:
- The Consumer Rights Act 2015
- The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
- The Sale of Goods Act 1979

If a product is found to be faulty, not as described, or unfit for 
purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

10. WARRANTY
All products sold by RaisedGardenBed are covered by a 2-year warranty 
against manufacturing defects under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
