YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015)
As a UK consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days 
of receiving your goods, for any reason, without needing to provide an explanation.
To exercise this right, notify us at info@raisedgardenbed.co.uk within 14 days 
of delivery.

OUR EXTENDED RETURN POLICY
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an extended 30-day return window 
from the date of delivery. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided

HOW TO RETURN
1. Email info@raisedgardenbed.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
2. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
3. Securely package the item and send it to the address provided
4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item 
   is faulty or incorrectly sent

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. 
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original 
payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional 
time to post the refund to your account.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours 
of delivery at info@raisedgardenbed.co.uk, including:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the damage

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will 
arrange collection and send the correct item at no extra charge.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items that have been assembled, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be 
returned unless they are found to be defective.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please 
return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
